Tomorrow is gearing up to be a great evening!
With all the fun stops we’ve been making to talk about the show I’ve had such a great time sharing stories about music. A few great laughs have been had along the way as well! We stopped by Hunter’s Bay Radio earlier this week to talk about the fundraiser we’re doing as part of the show. We also talked about some surprise songs that will be in the show!
Then this morning we stopped by Moose FM to share new music and to have a contest to give away some tickets! This morning was my first experience with cohosting a radio show; so fun! My favorite part of a morning radio show is the witty banter, and I loved being a part of it! I’m not sure I could do that 4am start time EVERY morning, but the on air chatting was so great! All of this is leading up to the show tomorrow night 8/12 at 7pm.
The fundraiser is to bring a new toy or toiletries to donate to Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions. So in addition to having a great time making music, we can help those in need during this holiday season. I’m looking forward to sharing the stage with Paul Lagendyk again as well! The band and I have been rehearsing and I’m loving how everything is coming together. We’re having a great time prepping for this show at the Algonquin Theatre and I know it’s going to be lots of fun. Tickets are currently still available at www.algonquintheatre.ca!
